A traditional production method
What determines the quality of a processed product – manufacturing aside – is the quality of its ingredients. That’s why we take great care in selecting the provenance of our ingredients: for their strength of taste, their balanced flavour, their colour, and their nutritional properties, but also their ability to fit into the end product – and deliver the best result after cooking.
