This pasta is dried the old-fashioned way using a slow, low-temperature method.

Tips and tricks :

Pour in a large amount of salted boiling water and cook for just 2 minutes – so it’s very quick! Serve cold in a salad, or hot accompanied by a small slug of olive oil, or with sautéed vegetables or a vegetable sauce of your choice.
