Tips and tricks :
Pour in a large amount of salted boiling water and cook for about 3 minutes. Serve cold in a salad, or hot accompanied by a small slug of olive oil, or with sautéed vegetables or a vegetable sauce of your choice.
Cook for 4 min in salted boiling water.
