The Lazzaretti brand

Our brand is named after our founder.
In the early 20th century, they were know as “the Lazzarettis”! Like many Italians back then, the Lazzaretti family – who had serious pasta expertise – settled in Avignon in 1936.
Over the years, this Italian family was adopted in Provence.

The Lazzarettis immediately enjoyed great success with their workshop making traditional pasta – thanks to the master pasta craftsmen’s magical know-how.

Today, Lazzaretti organic pasta is still made the artisanal way by our small family firm.

Lazzaretti pasta is sold in specialist organic shops and delicatessens.
Authenticity, local terroir and regional heritage are still the brand’s central values.
